As part of Dublin Festival of History, Pembroke Library will be hosting 'Surgeons, Starlets and Storytellers' by DCC Historian in Residence, Maeve Casserly on Tuesday 3rd October 2017 at 6.30pm - A Free Event and Booking Directly through Pembroke Library at
01 - 668 9575.  


The Festival runs from 29th September - 14th October. Remember everything is FREE and there are over 90 events to choose from.  You can pick up a programme in public libraries across the city or download it as a pdf on website (http://dublinfestivalofhistory.ie)
 

Pembroke Library is also launching a new history reading group which will meet on the last Tuesday of the month at 7pm - this will be faciliated by Maeve Cassserly - Contact Pembroke Library for further details - 01 - 668 9575

David Neary will be conducting tours of  Donnybrook Graveyard on the following date:  Saturday  23rd September  at 2pm -  this is a free event.
